We are looking for an experienced ad pro to create and run client ad campaigns, direct ad strategy, and grow our ad team.

 

Our ideal candidate knows Facebook and Instagram ads inside and out and can develop programs that help deliver results to the local businesses. This person would be the go-to expert on the subject within an organization and would help inform the product team as well as be responsible for the strategy, creation, and delivery of ads services to our customers. 

This is an incredible opportunity for a paid media expert to be a leader on our team and build upon our existing paid social media strategies.

 

Advertising Director

Client Facing Responsibilities:

  • You will create, manage and optimize high-performing Facebook and Instagram campaigns to reach specific metrics for a high volume of clients in multiple industries.

  • You will lead discovery and creation of the client’s ad message, strategy, and focus. 

  • You will write the ad copy, headline, and ad creative.

  • Provide regular reports on ad performance and other campaign analytics for both internal monitoring and client-facing reporting.

  • Lead client campaign optimization and provide recommendations as needed.

Internal Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall ad services strategy for RARECURVE and our clients.

  • Stay connected with local advertising trends and keep RARECURVE at the front of the pack.

  • Continuously improve/transform our processes, tools, and techniques to minimize execution effort and maximize results.

  • Hire, train, and grow the advertising team in-line with company growth.

  • Perform general internal education on RARECURVE products and services. 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Facebook and Instagram ads, and Business Manager, is an absolute must, as you will be looked to as the sole expert to lead the way for RARECURVE’s client ad strategies.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram campaigns for multiple clients in different verticals, preferably in an agency setting.

  • A personal enthusiasm for staying on top of the latest digital marketing and social media advertising trends is essential.

  • Highly organized, flexible work style with attention to detail; able to manage hundreds of ad campaigns, quarterly reports, and one-off ad projects at once. 

  • Strong writing and communication skills; able to translate complicated concepts, data, and jargon into easy-to-understand metrics for internal staff and clients.

  • Ability to write compelling ad headlines and ad copy and create ad image/video using Canva.

  • Must excel at leading client discovery sessions that uncover key messages you can use in crafting a successful ad campaign and messaging strategy.

  • Data driven with sharp analytical skills; ability to gather data in order to inform major decisions

  • Innovative mindset; always looking for ways to improve processes and offerings in a fast-paced start-up environment, loves a challenge.

  • Solid knowledge of pixel tracking via Facebook Pixel or Google Tag Manager.

  • General digital marketing knowledge or experience with Google Ads, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing is a plus.

  • WordPress knowledge and Clickfunnels or landing page software experience is preferred.

  • Must be able to primarily work in our downtown Littleton, CO office. We all work from home sometimes but mostly work together in the office.

We are looking for an experienced content marketer to lead the production of a wide range of content for our current and future customers.. 

Our ideal candidate will create original, compelling content to improve engagement with prospects, partners and customers, including video, written, social, email, web site, documents, sales tools, educational course content, and other collateral materials. 

 

You will also manage and execute our content marketing calendar balancing priorities and maintaining consistent flow of content through all relevant distribution channels like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, and email. 

 

This is an incredible opportunity for a content marketing expert to be a leader on our team and expand our reach, shape our voice, and build our authority in our markets.

 

Job #1 is to grow large, targeted, and highly engaged audiences on social media, email, website, YouTube channel, and Podcast platforms.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and produce marketing content that attracts prospective clients to our world and converts them into leads.

  • Conceptualize and produce content for existing clients that adds value to their world, educates, and maximizes client retention and upsell opportunities.

  • Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and turn it into compelling, digestible, and valuable content.

  • You will grow our social audience and email list and actively engage our audience communities on social media, website, and email.

  • Lead RARECURVE’s content strategy and topic focus. 

  • Serve as the protector and leader of RARECURVE’s voice and visual style.

  • Help define and maintain KPI dashboards to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and conduct data analysis to improve future efforts.

  • Be the champion of RARECURVE’s authority digital marketing for local businesses.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Be passionate about local business digital marketing industry trends, influencers, and topics of interest and lead the building of RARECURVE’s presence and authority in our industry.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a passion for connecting with audiences.

  • Strong social media content production skills e.g. image, video, stories, copywriting, hashtags, etc.

  • Experience creating content for multiple channels & formats: social media, email, website, blog/articles, written, social images, social video, audio/podcast, documents, simple online courses.

  • Able to translate complex ideas into easy-to-digest, audience-forward content.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Innovative mindset; always looking for ways to improve processes and offerings in a fast-paced start-up environment, loves a challenge.

  • Solid understanding of lead generation strategies, techniques, marketing & sales funnel concepts, and best practices.

  • WordPress knowledge and Clickfunnels or landing page software experience is a must.

  • Must be able to primarily work in our downtown Littleton, CO office. We all work from home sometimes but mostly work together in the office.

  • Ability to edit images, audio and/or video (expert level Final Cut Pro or Adobe Creative Suite is NOT required but it’s great if you have those mad skills)

  • Having a visual design sensibility to maintain our brand style and make sure our content looks pro.
